Individual Class Offerings

Our goal is to provide educational and recreational opportunities for youth and adults. We love to build community through our homeschool communities (Summit and Compass) but maybe you are not able to commit to these year long groups and need more flexibility in your schedule. Unlike Summit and Compass year long programs, these classes below do not require you to join a year long program, and you can pick and choose when you would like to join the class sessions (typically 1-5 classes that are one hour long) listed below throughout the year. Moms Workout Class

Starting this fall, you'll be able to workout while your kiddos are taking classes. (open to all moms even if they are not in Compass classes). Perfect for a busy mom that finds it hard to fit a workout into her schedule! Here's your solution.... HIIT, Strength, & Core! Sign up for all nine months, or 5 weeks at a time.

50 minute class. Includes Cardio in short bursts, combined with whole body strength exercises, plus core-focused training. Each class ends with stretching. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged!
